Regenerate Outcomes has been designed by farmers for farmers

We understand this is a time where farmers are facing significant uncertainty and pressure to change.

Regenerate Outcomes will support you to make change at your pace backed by our experienced mentors in soil health.

Soil mentoring for profit and production

We partner with Understanding Ag, led by Gabe Brown and Dr Allen Williams, to support you to:

  • Improve crop and livestock performance

  • Reduce external inputs and cut costs

  • Tackle the root causes of problems, not just the symptoms

  • Increase resilience to extreme weather and price volatility

  • Help you achieve your farming objectives

How does functional soil grow profits?

Productive soil has a number of benefits, including:

  • Improved crop and grass growth

  • Crop resistance to disease and pests

  • More nutrient-rich forage for livestock

  • Better soil structure and carrying capacity

  • Livestock resistance to parasites and pathogens

  • Reduced vet and med bills

  • Increased water retention and drainage

Soil carbon baselining and measurement

at no upfront cost

  • Minimalist illustration of a fishing hook and line over a box with dots, possibly symbolizing fish.

We provide the highest integrity soil carbon baseline at no upfront cost.

Our mentors then work with you to increase soil organic matter and improve productivity.

  • abstract representation of bacteria or microbes

Soil organic matter contains carbon. As the amount of organic matter increases, so does the amount of carbon in your soil.

Your farm will also produce less greenhouse gas emissions as you use fewer manufactured inputs.

We measure increases in soil carbon and the reduction in emissions to generate carbon credits which you can retain or sell for extra revenue.

Regenerate Outcomes shares 67% of carbon credit revenue with our members subject to a minimum soil carbon increase. We retain 33% to cover our costs.

You can also retain your share of carbon credits to keep for the future or use in your supply chain.

Reducing risk

We recognise the challenges involved in changing farm management.

This is why we provide mentoring from experienced regenerative farmers at no upfront cost to guide you through the process.

  • The risk of changing your farming practices is reduced through the guidance of our mentors

  • We remove financial risk by covering the upfront cost of your soil carbon baseline

  • We cover all the administrative burden and scientific processes involved in generating and selling carbon credits

No prescription

Regenerate Outcomes will not prescribe any specific practices as part of the programme.

You remain in control of how to farm and choose how to apply what you learn. This allows you to navigate daily farming challenges, without being boxed into unnecessary rules.

Farmer-to-farmer support

You will benefit from regular online and local on-farm events where you can share ideas and knowledge with like-minded farmers.

Stack with SFI and Countryside Stewardship schemes

Regenerate Outcomes has been designed to fit alongside and complement Sustainable Farming Incentive and Countryside Stewardship Schemes in England (and their equivalents in Scotland and Wales) that are also focused on encouraging farming practices which improve soil health.

“I really like the ability to call on the mentoring team to help understand any problems we might have or any opportunities there could be to tweak our system slightly. One of the real benefits is that you are left to make your own decisions but you are steered as to what practices you could put in place for the greatest benefit.”
