How Regenerate Outcomes works
Our programme offers a long-term, education-based approach to improving soil health and growing farm profitability
Farm mentoring
Our mentoring programme is an adaptive learning process. It allows you to trial new methods on the ground to achieve the best outcomes for your farm and gives you the flexibility to deal with unpredictable pressures such as the weather, pests, disease and market conditions.
The programme works alongside your existing and future plans, government schemes, stewardship arrangements and other partnerships and networks you may have in place.
You’ll work on a one-to-one basis with our specialist farm mentors:
Gabe Brown, Dr Allen Williams, Shane New, Kyle Richardville, Luke Jones and the wider team at Understanding Ag, an accredited authority on regenerative farming
They provide ongoing advice to help you manage your soil, plants, animals and farm business to their full potential while increasing biodiversity and improving the ecological condition of the land.
Your farm will be part of a network of regenerative farms, allowing you to exchange know-how and ideas with like-minded farmers.
Generate new revenue streams
During the mentoring programme, Regenerate Outcomes will baseline, monitor and verify changes in your soil carbon profile, as well as track other environmental changes on a case-by-case basis.
This data will inform your decision making and generate extra revenue through the sale of carbon credits and other environmental outcomes, such as improved water quality or increased biodiversity.
Farms earn the majority share of all programme revenues, while Regenerate Outcomes retains a minority share to cover the cost of providing mentoring and data services at no up-front charge.
We provide tailored support to ensure regenerative agriculture achieves the best results for your farm

"The reason I’ve joined Regenerate Outcomes rather than any other project is really because of the training and the baselining in terms of soil and carbon. That's the absolute winner. There are plenty of people offering the chance to help you get carbon credits, but very few add on the training and baselining as well.”
