What data is being collected and how is it being used?
Personal data is collected and stored so Regenerate Outcomes can efficiently manage the stages and communications of its regenerative agriculture programme with you as a prospective farm operator and/or owner. The programme created by Regenerate Outcomes involves multiple stakeholders, including education providers and third-party investors and from time to time these parties require certain personal data in order to carry out their respective roles within the programme. Your personal information will only be used by Regenerate Outcomes for the purposes of developing the regenerative farming programme and the data will at all times be stored in a secure manner. By submitting the Introductory Questionnaire you agree to permit Regenerate Outcomes to collect and manage your personal data for these purposes and by the terms described above. Regenerate Outcomes will not transfer your personal data or any other data associated with your farm to another Data Controller without your permission.

Who are you sharing your personal data with?
Regenerate Outcomes contracts with various programme suppliers, including Agricarbon Ltd., Understanding Ag LLC. and other key service providers to deliver the regenerative agriculture programme. Each of Regenerate Outcomes’ programme partners is responsible for their respective upkeep of GDPR equivalent standards at all times.

How long will your personal data be stored?
Regenerate Outcomes will store personal data for up to 10 years. If you decide to exit a programme your personal data will be deleted from the Regenerate Outcomes database within a period of 6 months.

Will my data be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA)?
The data you provide will not be transferred outside the EEA.
